Technical specification: 

• Unit is provided with a suitable calibrated MS tank pressure tested at 5psi as per petroleum norms 2002. 
• This Tank is mounted on the chassis with the help of proper saddle U bolting with the chassis.
• Quick inspection manhole covers are provided with PESO approved safety fittings. 
• SS bottom emergency valve with fusible link and internal tank valve with level sensor. 
• Dial type content gauge with float mechanism is provided on the tank for monitoring tank capacity.
• All pipelines are seamless SS 304 schedule 10 type, pipeline is acid cleaned and hydro tested at 150PSI.Pipelines is designed with minimum bends to offer minimum pressure loss.
• Dead man type fuelling operation is installed.
• Brake interlock system is provided to avoid any accidental damages.
• Bottom loading adapters, one on each side of the unit are provided for loading purpose 
• Two Catherine wheel type motorized hose reel are provided.
• Primary pressure control (PCV) is provided in line and Hose end pressure control valve (HEPCV) is provided at the nozzle end.
• 4Ltrs. standard online sampler is provided for sampling purpose.
• The bulk meter with electronic counter and pulse transmitter approved by CCOE / legal metrology dept. is installed for metering fuelling and defuelleing.
• Filter water separator type vessel is provided with coalesor and separator elements with other required sensing lines.

• Delivery Nozzle: Lightweight Aluminum Nozzle suitable for 120 LPM.
• Suction: 1.5” X 6 Mtr Suction Hose with SS suction pipe to suck from Barrel.
• Hand Pump : hand pump for stand by operation.
